• Details of the car you are selling, including photos you send us, when you use the Sell Your Car form or WhatsApp.
• Messages you send us by form, phone or WhatsApp.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange viewings or test drives.
• To value a car you want to sell or trade in.
• To complete a sale and the NTSA ownership transfer if you buy a car.

What we never do

• We do not sell your details to third parties.
• We do not publish your name, number or car photos without your permission.
• We do not ask for payment to a personal number before you have viewed a car.

Your rights

Data we keep on this website

Enquiry details you send are stored so our staff can follow up. "Saved cars" on this site are kept only in your own browser's storage — we never see that list.
