Frequently asked questions

Can I view a car before I pay anything?
Yes, and you should. Visit the showroom, inspect the car and take it for a test drive. We never ask for money before you have seen the car — if anyone claiming to be us does, it is a scam.
Do you accept M-Pesa or bank transfer?
Payments are made at the showroom through our business channels, against a signed sale agreement. Confirm the current payment options with us on 0733 793 796 before you visit.
Can I reserve a car I have seen online?
Call or message us on WhatsApp and we will hold the car for an agreed viewing window. Cars marked 'Reserved' already have a buyer viewing them — ask us, in case it falls through.
Do you help with ownership transfer?
Yes. We handle the NTSA transfer paperwork with you after purchase so the logbook moves into your name correctly. Confirm current NTSA fees with us, as they are set by the government.
What does 'foreign used' mean?
A foreign-used car was previously registered abroad (usually Japan) and imported to Kenya. Where we know it, we list the country of origin and auction grade on the car page, and you can inspect the import documents at the showroom.
Can I trade in my current car?
Yes. Fill in the Sell Your Car form with your car's details and photos, or bring the car to the showroom for a valuation. A trade-in value can be offset against a car in our stock.
Do you offer finance or hire purchase?
We work with financing options — see the Finance page for how it works and a payment estimate. Exact terms depend on the lender and the car, so confirm with us before committing.
Can you import a specific car for me?
Yes, we import on order. Tell us the make, model, year and budget and we will quote a landed cost before you commit. Timelines are typically 45 to 60 days from order.
